Recently,I turned 16,so it's about time I start using make up.Even though in the U.S and many other states, make up is allowed on preteens and early ages really,I just didn't think make up was something suited for my age. But now that I've entered high school,I've grown to really love make up and gradually own a small amount of make up products.(I still take my mom's stuff, though hahaha). So let's have a look of things I have.
Firstly,I'm going to introduce you to my cute ocean-colored make up pouch.
On the front,it has two small pockets that are sewn in between.A small cute button to close the pouch is seen on the top middle. As you can see, some small details have a muddy brown color, which doesn't go bad,I guess.
On the other side,we have another pocket, which has a zip.I usually put unnecessary stuff there (such as Kylie packages for photos...go me). There's not much to say really.
This is how the inside looks with all the products in.
When I saw this makeup bag,I fell in love because I love all of the things that have a lot of pockets aka special places for certain things, you know what I'm on about?
I love this thing, how can I call it...mesh pocket or something? I dunno, but I love it SO much!
It has one of these on each side.
This is how it looks without the products. You can't see much, but there's loads and loads of pockets, one of them even has a flip! The one with polka dots is the one I'm talking 'bout.
Anyways, now let's have a look at the products.
I'm gonna start with this Kylie mascara, which is most likely fake since I got it for so cheap. It's really pretty and glittery, and also does its job as a mascara well.
It's also a really pretty photo prop I guess. It's just multifunctional for me.
Then we have the highlighter.Usha's highlight trio.
I haven't gotten around to using it yet, since I go for simple make up looks, but y'know,I bought it so I'd have it in any occasion.
It comes in three colors - rose pink, peachy and watermelon-ish. When I googled it,I found another brand that sells the exact highlighter with the same shades so I'm guessing mine is a dupe.
Can't review it when I haven't used it,haha.
Next we have this mysterious box.I wonder what it is.
It's the famous 15-shades foundation palette. I'd be suprised if you haven't heard about it or haven't seen a video on YouTube where people reviewed this palette they got of off Ebay for like 5$.
For real though,it's really cheap and there's tons of reviews everywhere so I guess mine doesn't have a huge role, but the colors' consistency is what makes this palette good for me.They are really creamy, and the yellow middle shade is my go-to for my "around-the-eyebrow" concealer. Take a look at all the shades:
Could be used as eyeshadow, foundation, contour and I could go on and on.It blends really well and it's actually nice for its price. Here's a link if you're interested (not spon, just wanna help fellow ladies out cause makeup can be expensive) : CLICK.
Next we have a Meet Matt(e) Hughes lipstick in the shade "Honest".You can get it in Sephora  or any other website for even cheaper than Sephora haha.
This shade is something I've wanted for a while,a color that is a mixture between red, orange and pink.
My damn shaky hand haha. But it's suprisingly long lasting..I had a hard time wiping it off.(*sheds a tear*).
It also smells good..like coffee cake? I don't know, but it has a pleasant smell.
Then we have my life saver.I present to you,my eyebrow pencil. It's short but don't bully it,it's sensitive.
All jokes aside though, it's not a specific brand and I use this one a lot, that's why I had to sharpen it hence its height. It has a cute cap with a comb for my fancy brows.
This is a Glowing Eye Shadow by LDM Paris..(as you can read). I don't wear eye shadow, but I caught my mom trying to throw this precious palette away,so I insisted that she shouldn't. And then she gave it to me. It's nice to know you have an eye shadow palette though. I've used this one to make fake bruises for halloween and it was really handy indeed.
It also has this cute curved brush that fits in the palette. So lovely. So nice.
Lastly, (yes,I know,I don't have a lot of makeup) we have these two lip balms, which are my go-to.
Baby lips is known everywhere so I shouldn't really introduce it because most of you are familiar with it.
The Lacalut lip balm came with the Lacalut toothpaste when I bought it,it's really great because I got it for free. It smells like a vanilla cake with rainbow sprinkles and a yellow frosting. Too specific, right ? Right.
I also usually wear a matte lipstick from Avon over it,but it's in my mom's make up bag so I consider it to not be mine.
This is my daily school make-up look (can you even call it a look?). Filled eyebrows (+concealer on 'em), simple mascara ,and a lip balm with matte lipstick.
I hope you enjoyed reading this post as much as I enjoyed writing and taking photos for it.

As we dig deeper into our closet,we find clothes that we haven't worn in a long time,so we take them and put them in the bin.But honestly, why would you throw away a piece that could turn into a trendy unique new self ?The process is not only fun,but does no harm if you accidentally screw up - since you were going to throw them out anyways.
These thoughts all came to me as I saw a pair of jeans that I bought back in 5th grade (5 years ago) that still fit me but somehow are out of trend.
And THEN I figured out a few ways to revamp them and decided to share them with you!
We can start off by the back pockets! There is so much you can do - starting from gluing jewelry, glitter, painting etc. I decided to paint Van Gogh's famous painting "Starry Night".This idea was inspired from an image I found on weheartit.
I started by sketching the painting using a reference,of course. This is highly recommended because it makes the work easier and more accurate.
Then I started painting.
And this is the finished result! As you can see,I also painted the other pocket with a light blue shade, just so it wouldn't look so blank.Acrylics are really nice, however,I wouldn't recommend doing this to the pair that you plan on wearing everyday, because once it rains, you're doomed.(unless you use fabric paint,of course).
Moving on to the next idea:
Using just scissors, tweezers and (not necessarily) a marker, you can join the "see my fishnets through the rips" trend. The steps are pretty much self-explanatory but I'm going to break it down for those who haven't tried ripping their own jeans (yet). So you wear the jeans and then mark  the part that you want to rip. It's really important to do that while wearing the pants, because it's more accurate.Anyways after that, grab the scissors.
And this step is done! I would recommend saving the excess fabric for one of the next ideas ;)
Now,with the tweezers, start plucking the corners and pull out. This is really fun especially when you're angry haha. You may skip this step, you know, but this gives the rip a more "natural" cut,as if you bought it ripped.
And that's about it.If you feel like it,go crazy with the rips, ain't no one stoping you!
To give the pants a fresher and more original look,I rolled the bottoms and wrote stuff with black acrylic paint (what a suprise).
Then I grabbed a black pen and drew on the pants, using a reference of an outline (here).I didn't let the creativity run wild with this one,but you can do all sorts of patterns and mandalas and much more beautiful ideas! You don't have to be good at art to do a mandala, since it's only made of triangles and circles.Just make sure to use a reference though!
Now,grab the excess fabric I mentioned earlier.
Using that piece of fabric,I made a sort of a "patch" with a tumblr quote and rose written on it.
Then I cut it out and glued to the pants. You could do so much with this idea, there is tons of patch insipration online. You can use other fabric, color and even paint the patch, and sew it to your pants. Why not sew something directly to your pants if you're good at it?

To add more spice to the look,I wore fishnets under the jeans, and to anyone curious as to how they turned out, here is a picture:
The patch is on the knee under the rip but you can't really see it since it's jean colored. But yeah.
I'm really happy on how these turned out, even if I can't really wear them outside often. They're useful for pictures and I'll certainly wear them more than I used to.
If you have any old clothing,I'd recommend trying to add spice to it,whether it's a shirt, pants, shoes etc.
Oh and here's a comparison.
You can clearly see which version is the glo-up here lol.
Anyways, expect a ' march monthly journal layout ' REALLY really soon!
I hope you enjoyed today's blogpost.

Well summer's already here, which means we should make changes to our phone lockscreens and desktop wallpapers. It's really hard to find some,so I decided to make a deep research, find some cute lockscreens and show them to you! For today's category we have fruits.Cute fruits.Hope you guys like any of these, and keep in mind,-none of them is my work,I found them on google images so I don't have the smallest idea who made these-.
This one is really cute. It's not exactly fruity, but it still contains fruits and it's adorable af.This is also like more pale comparing to others (who scream color).
Pineapples were a huge trend last year, and so are they this year! That's why I saved this one, plus it's really really cute with that pinkish background. ;)
Haha, this one is also really cute and kawaii. It kinda reflects my personality and that's why I love it.Plus,I've developed a huge love for lemons so this one is perfect for types of people like me (and oh,not to mention it's a really good representation of summer).
This is my personal favorite. It's just so tropical and fun! All the trendy fruits are there, screaming color and fun.And to anyone wondering, this is my lockscreen atm and it motivates me a lot tbh I don't even know why hah.
This one is also so freakin cute.Watermelons, like pineapples, are also trendy for the summer.I like everything on this lockscreen, starting from the background and continuing to this watermelon's cheeks hehe.
Here's a bonus from me.You've read the post from the beginning till here so you deserve an extra lockscreen! Here, enjoy this popsicle-ish lockscreen who represents summer the most out of all of the lockscreens I showed you. Hope you guys enjoyed it! :) Make sure to comment and let me know if so.Have a nice week yall.I love you all from the bottom of my heart.Bye♥

Hi darlings! In today's post,I'm gonna show you three spring outfits ideas, which are simple, cute and fashionable :) I mixed and matched a lot and came to the top three best outfits.Hope you guys enjoy it and get inspiration on some of those outfits.PS if you wear any of these, please send me a photo on my twitter @mypastel_world or email me(on the contact form of the blog). Let's go!
1.This look is so simple, yet so fashionable.Imagine a girl who's wearing an over-sized shirt,an infinity scarf, rolled up jeans and vans!Doesn't that look cute?Well, yes it does!I've worn this look so many times and it's never failed to make feel comfy and beautiful :) A small tip: roll up the bottom parts of the jeans for a more fashionable look! In the photo I did that to just one part of the jeans to show you that even if you don't roll it up,it's still fashionable af.So this part (rolling up) is up to you. xo
2.This look seems ugly on the first sight, but when you think more about it,it's amazing. This was actually inspired by a look on pinterest:
So,this is how it looks like ^. I'm in love with this look :) You should definitely try it bc it's cute af.As in that photo, you could actually wear a beanie for a even cuter look ha x In the photo I made, I admit it looks ugly but trust me,it's NOT. xo
3.This is my favorite one. :) The same jeans as the other photo, but who cares?I love them! The photo speaks itself. It's so simpleee. Also, you could play a lot with this look. For example,it's not meant ONLY jeans, you could also wear skinny pants, maybe even a skater skirt would look fab x Oh,and you could also rock a beanie with this look or add any other accessory for example a bandana or bracelets *-*
