Hello everyone! As I'm going to take a mini-vacation,I thought I'd share with you my essentials and all of the stuff I'm getting for traveling.I'm not in the mood to make a really long blog post rambling in the intro,so let's just get straight into the actual post yay ! :)
First of all, this is where I'm going to keep my stuff.I originally planned on getting my backpack but that plan failed as it's washing and won't be dry til tomorrow..R.I.P. This tote bag is really cute though, and as you can see it's gonna explode because of the stuff I put in lol.
First of all,is a deodorant. It smells like heaven.Plus roadtrips tend to make me sweaty so it's such a save.I can't go anywhere without keeping this aroud.
A body spray. This AVON one is so good,I'm making a review on it on my second blog, check it out : mypastel-thoughts.blogspot.com  But yeah, while I'm on vacation I'm really going to need this one.
Sunglasses because why not?Especially a colorful pair.They bring the summer mood everytime I wear them,although it's mid August. ;-;
The obvious..lol headphones/earbuds are a MUST.Not only they keep you entertained with music, but it's also really helpful when you want to watch a video and don't want anyone to annoy you.(or you're simply on a bus and you have to be silent)I love my pastel pink ones, they really reflect a part of my personality.
Yes.I'm serious.No.I'm not going to wear it on the roadtrip. But since it's a vacation,we're going to be at the beach everyday and I want to take some tumblr-worthy pictures and props like these help.:) I'd definitely recommend grabbing stuff like this that makes your photo prettier.
My favorite cap of all time.Because:
1.It's pastel
2.It's half-mesh
3.My horoscope sign is written on the front.
Like yas.I wear this everywhere.I like the sporty look it gives and also I tend to have bad hair days quite a lot so..
My wallet (duh!).Although I'm 15 and my parents will most likely pay for everything,I still want to purchase kawaii stuff that noone else has here. So,pretty much. But I do have a bad history with this wallet and it terrifies me..then at the end it's pastel so I have to get it!
What's a vacation without a beach? So I put these two babies into my exploding tote and I thought I'd share how they look.P.S they do have their bottoms, don't worry :p
Other stuff that I'm getting that didn't quite make it as an actual photograph:
•My phone&charger
•Water bottle
•Undergarments
•Socks
•A sweater (in case it gets cold)

And that's it!Some of you may ask if I bring make up and the truth is that I don't,because I don't wear make up.I know.Shocking.
See you next time, hopefully on monday when I'm back from the trip.
XOXO,
A My Pastel World Citizen

Okay,so here's the thing:to have a good summer, you should prepare earlier so when it comes, you go out and have the time of your life with activities you already planned. For today,I'm going to share with you how to have a good summer.Enjoy the ride.

-Last summer,I had the habit of going to the public pool every sunday by bike.It was a really fun experience and I can't wait to do it this year, too. So,basically what I'm saying is that you should try coming up with a possible activity to do on a certain day that always ends up being fun. There's a lot of things you could do in the summer, but here's the best ideas for a bucketlist:

Because summer skies are clear, and after a day full of adventure, you need to have a midnight thoughts time with yourself, with the sky's company.Grab a cup of tea,or blankets (because it gets cold,ya know) and enjoy clearing your mind.A friend would be nice, but I prefer being alone cause I can focus at the stars, while when I'm with a friend,we get distracted by laughing or something.Do this for at least 5 minutes, and you're good to go.But I really like the sky,so I usually stay way more.
Yes,that's right.Don't be the type of person who is lazy to go on adventures and stays home online 24/7. This summer needs to be different.Even if you're all alone, grab a bike and have a spontaneous ride around the city,and/or even the countryside. The adventures you can possibly create on the way are endless,so it's so worth it to just go with the flow. But hey, planning a bikeride isn't bad either! I love going to picnics with bikes.
The recipe is easy and the results are great.Pour the lemonade in a cute mug and drink it in your backyard, while reading a book.Or,take it with you on an adventure.Or maybe, just drink it haha.Anyways ,
lemonades are so underrated and you should consume some more. Also, let's not mention the fun process of making it.
It's understandable that we aren't going to spend the whole day outside,so take any rainy day of your summer 2016 to build a fort and binge watch a tv show. Now,if you ask me,I'd recommend The Vampire Diaries, considering it has 7 seasons and 20+ episodes on each. Also I love the plotting and the genre. It's romance, too,ya know. But there's a lot more blog posts talking about tv shows, and you can pick whichever you like. After all,you can watch anime too! There's absolutely nothing wrong with that.If you love the high school themed romance anime,I'd recommend either Maid Sama or Toradora. Both of them have only 1 season but contain 25-28 episodes. Also I love both of their plots.
Alone?Put your headphones on and enjoy wandering around your city pretending you've never been here. With friends?Have a good chat about how's your summer going and go crazy with them!
We all have chalks and we all have neighborhoods. If you're scared people will think you're 'too old' or 'uncool',do it in your yard's cement. But honestly,I don't care so I did it last summer with my bff on the sidewalk of the streets and it was fun but then we erased it.I can't stress this enough but you're never too old/young  to do something! Especially if you enjoy it and it brings joy to your heart.

That's the ideas I had.For more you should visit my pinterest board for summer (<- click it).

Also,I've mentioned it before, but you should definitely start the Notes Challenge if you want a positive summer. It consists of 3 fun goals you want to achieve for a month, and at the end of the month, write down how the experiences were while creating the goals for the next month. This challenge is amazing! I'm currently doing it,and planning a blogpost at the end of May for my goals.
Pstttt...to have the best summer,I'd highly suggest a slight exercise. It could be:
•Running
•Jogging
•Walking
•Working out
•Eating/drinking healthy
For example, drinking a glass of water with fruit in it is really beneficial for your body and mind.

.
And,one last advice I have to you:

.
.
Spend the summer coloring, drawing, writing, singing!Test out your limits.

There's a lot of time until summer comes,so if you want to save this post, here's how:

Well summer's already here, which means we should make changes to our phone lockscreens and desktop wallpapers. It's really hard to find some,so I decided to make a deep research, find some cute lockscreens and show them to you! For today's category we have fruits.Cute fruits.Hope you guys like any of these, and keep in mind,-none of them is my work,I found them on google images so I don't have the smallest idea who made these-.
This one is really cute. It's not exactly fruity, but it still contains fruits and it's adorable af.This is also like more pale comparing to others (who scream color).
Pineapples were a huge trend last year, and so are they this year! That's why I saved this one, plus it's really really cute with that pinkish background. ;)
Haha, this one is also really cute and kawaii. It kinda reflects my personality and that's why I love it.Plus,I've developed a huge love for lemons so this one is perfect for types of people like me (and oh,not to mention it's a really good representation of summer).
This is my personal favorite. It's just so tropical and fun! All the trendy fruits are there, screaming color and fun.And to anyone wondering, this is my lockscreen atm and it motivates me a lot tbh I don't even know why hah.
This one is also so freakin cute.Watermelons, like pineapples, are also trendy for the summer.I like everything on this lockscreen, starting from the background and continuing to this watermelon's cheeks hehe.
Here's a bonus from me.You've read the post from the beginning till here so you deserve an extra lockscreen! Here, enjoy this popsicle-ish lockscreen who represents summer the most out of all of the lockscreens I showed you. Hope you guys enjoyed it! :) Make sure to comment and let me know if so.Have a nice week yall.I love you all from the bottom of my heart.Bye♥

So hi bebs! You seemed to really enjoy my printables,so be ready to have some more! Not on this post tho
:( But anyways, today we have another exciting post.I decided to share some tips, ideas, design and more about Bucketlists (summer bucketlists,to be concrete). This is the first post on my new summer series "How to have the best summer".Tbh I'm really excited to show you my tips on this series.Without further do,let's get into this post!
-First things first, here's my summer bucketlist.Kinda colorful (and childish) I know. But that's summer — full of colors and happiness.
Design
I watercolored a label, let it dry and then wrote "My ultimate summer Bucketlist 2015". And then just made some rubrics and filled them with lots of fun ideas (which I'm gonna show) and them colored them with colored pencil - warning: patience requested - ha.Another great way to design your bucketlist is just to grab some colorful sharpies and doodle. But the idea that I like the most is to create the bucketlist on a word document, design like a pro and then print it.Sadly I couldn't print my bucketlist but still happy with the result. I really like the water color label,it's just so bright, fun and trendy.

Ideas
Okay,so here's the list of the things I wrote and why I wrote them..

Hi darlings! Summer is around the corner (come on! next month is june!) and I decided to start making some summer DIY-s and ideas *_* how exciting is it? For anyone who wants to send me photos of recreations, use this hashtag and I'll favorite/like/reblog/repost your photo :) It makes me happy when you find inspiration in me,so please if you make anything don't hesitate to send! This  works for Twitter, instagram, facebook and tumblr! Anyways, for today I decided to make this Mason Jar Drink, which is perfect for summer :) Hope you enjoy it :D Let's get into it!
1.Get a Mason Jar or whatever jar is lying around your house, and decorate it(optional)! I think decorating makes the jar even cuter and more personalized so.. :) I decorated mine with some washi tape and a fake diamond that sticks - if that even makes sense :p.But you could also leave it plain,if you're too lazy or you just like simplier things.
2.Take the lid of the jar off and mark where you want the hole to be..Make sure that the straw can fit into the hole bc some sorts of straws are thicker but mine are classic so..:)
3.Find a sharp thing to take off the part that you marked, like a knife or some really sharp scissors.I myself used a machine my dad has (I forgot its name but YOLO)...And then carefully take off that part.
4.Decorate the lid (also optional)! I went for the same washi tape, and since the tape went through the hole,I poked it a bit so I can put my straw (you can see it in the photo).Go crazy with decorating and the perfect jar will be held in your hands! :D
5.Test if the straw fits and if it does, congrats bruh! If it doesn't then you have to enlarge your hole! PS did anyone wonder what is the monkey emoji doing here? haha
6.VOILA!So easy and cute! This drinking jar can be used a lot during summer (but also for other seasons too)...Can't wait for summer! I'm going to share smoothie recipes and DIY Tent and I'm so frickin frackin excited. Also then I can be a full-time blogger bc no school :) I'll be blogging non-stop *_*
Anyways, see you in my next post and don't forget to send me pics.
Lots of love.
