Hello everyone! ♥
Unfortunately, Victoria's Secret doesn't have a chain of stores in my country and I can't help but feel miserable when bloggers talk about their products and how good they are.
When I accidentally ran into a dupe of a Victoria's Secret body mist in a cosmetic I almost lost it, especially because the price was really cheap.
So I went off and bought it, and I thought I'd do a post reviewing and comparing the two products.
First of all, let's compare them.
As you can see, they're as identical as they can be. The background is completely identical, and the shape of the bottle and the caps are twinning as well.
What's different is the font / writing and the logo. As you can see even the name is similar:
 "Coconut Passion" vs "Passionate".
Vanilla & Coconut is what's written in both of the bottles, which makes me think the scent is similar as well, but I can't know that in complete certainity.
They both have the same size - 20 centimeters. As for the price, I'm not really sure what price is the Victoria's Secret bottle. From my research online it's around $12-$16 , while I got the dupe for $3.5. CRAZY,right?
Now, into the review.
Because it is a dupe, I didn't really have high expectations on this fragrance, I just got it because of the appearance.
But, to my suprise, it was quite high quality. The smell is just as it's described ; a sweet vanilla scent with a coconut and cotton candy touch to it. You just wanna eat it!
It's a mildly light scent, that is very recognizable and leaves a mark.
The appearance is 10/10. It has the ability to be a decoration too. It just fits everywhere. Even though the design was practically ripped off from Victoria's Secret, it still makes me gaze in awe.
It is very long lasting as well. I thought the smell would disappear within an hour or so, but to my surprise not only it lasted the whole day, but when I wore the same piece of clothing the other day, I felt a trace of the smell of this fragrance.
Oh, and it's made in Turkey, which is something I was delighted about when I found out, because these "Made In China" dupes really scare me sometimes.
So overall it's done a decent job on all aspects that a good body spray should have.
Here's the back for y'all who wanna read it.

I couldn't find a link for it on eBay or amazon. That makes me sad, but you guys mostly have access to Victora's Secret itself anyways hehe.
This was the post for today!
I hope you enjoyed, see you next time.

Hello ladies! We all have the days that we say "Ugh I have nothing to wear" while our wardrobe is full of clothes. But little do we know, there's actually ways to pick outfits easier than sitting there and whining how you don't like anything you have.I'm going to share with you these ways.Enjoy the ride!

1.Download a wardrobe app
You probably didn't know they were a thing, did you? Those trendy apps help you keep in touch with fashion by showing you outfit ideas, and most of them have the feature to add clothes to your virtual closet. You can take the pic of the item,or find a similar product picture and add it. Then when you have an overlook at your closet digitally, suddenly a lot of ideas come up! (Tried and true).
Most of the apps also have features to select clothes from your closet and make an outfit - and even select a date on the calendar for when you're going to wear it! They provide the weather too, to make sure you ain't freezing. Here's a few of them:
-ClosetSpace
-STYLICIOUS
-My Dressing
There's a ton more that I can't remember, BUT you'll surely find them with a short google research.

2.Write them down or draw them
Personally,I've kept a notebook full of drawings about outfits I wore that I liked so much I'd wear them again and you can't believe how much it helped.I'd recommend this 10/10.Also maybe try finding outfit inspiration online and writing them down. That's also really great.
Finding inspiration on magazines, cutting them & making a collage is also something that could work.
But honestly, all I do is draw myself in different outfits featuring things that I own that I forget I do. (That is a mouthful haha!)
3.Pinterest.
Need I say more? Pinterest is an endless world full of amazing outfits you can simply copy.Who doesn't want to get outfit ideas with clothes they actually have in their closet?Honestly, don't miss out on this one. Similar to Pinterest is Polyvore - which unlike Pinterest,it was made solely to help 'em girls out with outfits and fashion.
Social media in general is a bouquet we pick the flowers from - all of the inspiration.
YouTube, Instagram, etc etc are platforms where people share their "outfits of the day" which can be really really helpful not only to pick clothes, but to shop online, too.

--- This was the post for the tuesday's girly/fashion blogpost! Tune in on thursday for DIY/tips kind of post.
I hope you all found this a little helpful, since I tend to make helpful posts out of the things that actually worked for me.
All the love,

As we dig deeper into our closet,we find clothes that we haven't worn in a long time,so we take them and put them in the bin.But honestly, why would you throw away a piece that could turn into a trendy unique new self ?The process is not only fun,but does no harm if you accidentally screw up - since you were going to throw them out anyways.
These thoughts all came to me as I saw a pair of jeans that I bought back in 5th grade (5 years ago) that still fit me but somehow are out of trend.
And THEN I figured out a few ways to revamp them and decided to share them with you!
We can start off by the back pockets! There is so much you can do - starting from gluing jewelry, glitter, painting etc. I decided to paint Van Gogh's famous painting "Starry Night".This idea was inspired from an image I found on weheartit.
I started by sketching the painting using a reference,of course. This is highly recommended because it makes the work easier and more accurate.
Then I started painting.
And this is the finished result! As you can see,I also painted the other pocket with a light blue shade, just so it wouldn't look so blank.Acrylics are really nice, however,I wouldn't recommend doing this to the pair that you plan on wearing everyday, because once it rains, you're doomed.(unless you use fabric paint,of course).
Moving on to the next idea:
Using just scissors, tweezers and (not necessarily) a marker, you can join the "see my fishnets through the rips" trend. The steps are pretty much self-explanatory but I'm going to break it down for those who haven't tried ripping their own jeans (yet). So you wear the jeans and then mark  the part that you want to rip. It's really important to do that while wearing the pants, because it's more accurate.Anyways after that, grab the scissors.
And this step is done! I would recommend saving the excess fabric for one of the next ideas ;)
Now,with the tweezers, start plucking the corners and pull out. This is really fun especially when you're angry haha. You may skip this step, you know, but this gives the rip a more "natural" cut,as if you bought it ripped.
And that's about it.If you feel like it,go crazy with the rips, ain't no one stoping you!
To give the pants a fresher and more original look,I rolled the bottoms and wrote stuff with black acrylic paint (what a suprise).
Then I grabbed a black pen and drew on the pants, using a reference of an outline (here).I didn't let the creativity run wild with this one,but you can do all sorts of patterns and mandalas and much more beautiful ideas! You don't have to be good at art to do a mandala, since it's only made of triangles and circles.Just make sure to use a reference though!
Now,grab the excess fabric I mentioned earlier.
Using that piece of fabric,I made a sort of a "patch" with a tumblr quote and rose written on it.
Then I cut it out and glued to the pants. You could do so much with this idea, there is tons of patch insipration online. You can use other fabric, color and even paint the patch, and sew it to your pants. Why not sew something directly to your pants if you're good at it?

To add more spice to the look,I wore fishnets under the jeans, and to anyone curious as to how they turned out, here is a picture:
The patch is on the knee under the rip but you can't really see it since it's jean colored. But yeah.
I'm really happy on how these turned out, even if I can't really wear them outside often. They're useful for pictures and I'll certainly wear them more than I used to.
If you have any old clothing,I'd recommend trying to add spice to it,whether it's a shirt, pants, shoes etc.
Oh and here's a comparison.
You can clearly see which version is the glo-up here lol.
Anyways, expect a ' march monthly journal layout ' REALLY really soon!
I hope you enjoyed today's blogpost.

Hey you all.I haven't posted in two weeks and I'm sorry about that. It's just that it's been an overwhelming time for me (for good!) so I had to take a mini hiatus. The past weeks have been filled with school, acting, performing, swimming, getting a new phone etc etc but it was way TOO MUCH for me to keep blogging during this time. Now,school is over, and therefore I'm done with all the activities.
Too much rambling there.
Anyways,as you all know,I love pastel colors (hence why the blog name) so I own quite a few pastel clothing items.I thought it'd be fun to share with you how to style them and show you a few outfit ideas.Let's go!
Our first stop is pastel tops. How I usually style them:

1.Neutral colored jeans such as grey, white, black and leather.
They always match pastel tops perfectly.I mean, look at the amount of slay this model is radiating with that outfit!

2.Jeans and details
When I wear a pastel top with jeans,I always make sure to add at least one small detail to the look.Either a necklace or bracelet,or a different hairstyle,it's important to add something new to the look.

3.Tights
Oversized tops are my aesthetic.Especially the pastel ones.If they're oversized enough to cover your booty, then why not wear it as a dress, too?
Remember when Ariana Grande slayed this look:
Although I'm positive I'd find a slightly longer sweater maybe (and/or wear them with tights or sheer tights).

Movin' on the next section of this blog post:jeans. Here's how I like to style my jeans:

1.Neutral colored shirts and small details
What a reverse!Anyways,it looks great asf and this is the best way to style pastel jeans :)

2.Denim shirts.
Like yaaas, slay that look.I found this one on polyvore, and couldn't help but share it with you all:

It just looks so pretty! If you have the clothing items, don't miss the opportunity to look this great *wink wink*

3.Pastel tops (duh)
No matter what color is your top,it's still going to match with your pants just because they're both pastel and you're going to look like an angel.
This is my tweet when I became aware of this simple combination that even now I can't stop wearing;
And now,the finale.......
Accessories are great, especially when they're pastel. How I like to style them:

1.With simple outfits that have no pastel in them
For example,a white t-shirt,jeans,heels and a pastel pink bag/bracelet/cap would look great together.

2.With pastel outfits pretty much
When they match, then why not?I just make sure to not overdo the pastel vibes.

I love pastel accessories so much,I mean look at these:

Ugh,so frustrated I don't have them ;-;.

It's quite annoying when you search for outfit ideas, and some complicated outfits show up.Like, yes you slay that dress, but almost noone owns it and I can't recreate it?? Since I've been having that problem quite a lot,I thought it'd be nice to make my own outfit ideas with clothes everyone owns.Hope you get inspired by any of those 4. Let's get into it!
P.S you can pin them all, just point into the photo with the mouse and the 'Pin it' button will pop up!
1.For this outfit, you'll need overalls,a blouse and leggings/tights.In this one,I'm wearing a military printed skirt overalls, but it doesn't have to be so.Unless you have one too though, then we'd be twinning.I made my hair up in a Ariana Grande-inspired hairstyle.Oh and don't forget the choker :p
2.Remember the Things I've been loving lately post ? Well I got inspired from that one outfit and recreated it,but replaced shorts with jeans, considering it's cold for them.Anyway this outfit is also easy to recreate. We all have jackets and flannels. The jeans don't need to be ripped,I just thought it looked more grungy. And if it's cold, you can wear another jacket too.
3.For the sunny february day,a skirt can't do any harm! Wear it with a black blouse and a jacket over them.Btw,if it's colder you can wear tights, leggings or high thigh socks. Also,I came up with some other options:
1- a cardigan looks equally as good.So feel free to replace the jacket with the cardigan.
2-if you're having a bad hair day,a bandana is the perfect answer (if it matches with the outfit).
4.The grungest of them all :p.For this outfit, you're gonna need an oversized sweater (if you don't have one, sneak one from your dad/brother/male cousin 's closet bwahahaha) , leggings and a flannel.Oh and a hair band to tie your hair in a half bun. Also I was wearing a choker but I noticed it didn't show up in the pics. So,a choker would be nice.

This was it for today's post loves! I hope you enjoyed and/or got any ideas. My biggest recommendation is to play around with your closet, you'll win a lot of outfits you never thought of matching ;) Leave your reviews below and make sure to send me a photo on twitter (@mypastel_world) if you recreate any of them. All the love,
XOXO
Welcome to girly talk day (aka monday!) :) For this week,I decided to share with you some easy and cute hairstyles for teen girls.I,myself use all of these and I'm one of those girls who can't do complicated hairstyles with big braids and all that.Anyways, hope you enjoy and get inspired to try any of those hairstyles.Let's go.

Btw you can pin all of these, just point at the photo and the "Pin it" button will pop.
1.Half-up Ariana Grande style.Yes you can pull it off! It's such an easy hairstyle, and yet it gives you an extra glam to the outfit you're wearing.
2.Twisted and tucked under strand,Pretty self explanatory and the good thing is that it takes less than one minute,It's a small detail that breaks that normal monotony.
3.Bandanas.For real though, you just slide a bandana through your head and ta-dah! You look extra better and plus it's a lifesaver for dem bad hair days.
4.Pinning braids to the back of your hair. This may take up to 5 minutes (which isn't much) and still look gorgeous and professionally-made! I love this so much.
5.Pinning a strand of hair and making some small braids in the front.Look what a gorgeous result you'll have!

6.If you think braid pigtails are childish, think again. Now they're trendier than ever, plus cute af,I love the low ones like in the photo.
7.Yes.A bandana.Again.But this time with a ponytail.Seriously look at how cute this looks!

This was it for today loves!Hope you enjoyed and make sure to stay tuned cause tomorrow it's DIY day!
